About The Role:

- Answering and directing phone calls, ensuring professional and efficient communication with customers
- Managing customer requests, scheduling appointments, and providing general ad hoc support
- Handling administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and tasks related to parts and stock management
- Greeting customers in person, providing assistance, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Assisting with email correspondence and coordinating between departments

About You:

- Previous receptionist experience highly regarded
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
