At Job Connect, we're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person to join our friendly team in Yatala as an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant.

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll be helping businesses find great people and helping job seekers secure their next opportunity.

Working alongside our experienced recruitment team, you'll learn how to:

- Find and speak with candidates looking for work.
- Interview applicants and identify their skills and experience.
- Match people to opportunities in warehousing, manufacturing, production, logistics and other industries.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Manage job advertisements, applications and candidate registrations.
- Coordinate placements and follow up with workers to ensure they're settling into their roles.
- Work closely with your teammates to fill jobs quickly and deliver outstanding service.

We're not necessarily looking for someone with recruitment experience.

We're looking for someone with personality, common sense, initiative and a genuine willingness to learn.

We'd love to hear from people who have experience in:

- Warehousing & Logistics – store persons, forklift operators, pick packers, dispatch workers, warehouse team leaders or supervisors.
- Manufacturing & Production – machine operators, production workers, factory hands or team leaders.
- Customer Service – call centre staff, customer service representatives or people who enjoy helping others.
- Retail, Hospitality & Sales – people who can communicate confidently, work under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service.

If you've worked in warehousing, manufacturing or logistics, your practical understanding of these workplaces could be a real advantage when recruiting people into similar jobs. What Matters Most to Us?
