701 Recruitment is looking for a switched-on, proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Brendale team. Blue-collar, labour hire or industrial recruitment experience is ideal, but we're also open to proven recruiters from other sectors who can manage a busy desk, think on their feet and get results.

We're a proudly 100% Indigenous-owned recruitment and labour hire company with over 20 years of experience across construction, manufacturing, mining and logistics.

The Role

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through to placement and onboarding.
- Fill vacancies quickly and respond to changing client demands and last-minute requests.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pools beyond job advertisements.
- Proactively source candidates and build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage multiple vacancies, competing priorities and the daily demands of a busy desk.
- Maintain accurate records, follow through on commitments and take ownership of results.

What We're Looking For





- Previous agency recruitment experience is highly regarded, particularly across labour hire, construction, civil, manufacturing, logistics or similar industries.
- Recruiters from other sectors are encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate strong delivery and the ability to manage a busy desk.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work at pace.
- Confident communication skills and a willingness to pick up the phone.
- Strong organisation, follow-through and accountability.
- Someone who takes initiative, manages their own priorities and doesn't need constant direction.
