We’re seeking a skilled Refrigeration Mechanic OR 2nd/3rd year apprentice to join our growing team. You’ll service and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial sites, and you’ll be trusted to get the job right the first time.

The Role As a Refrigeration Mechanic, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Servicing and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Diagnosing faults and developing effective solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Working across roofs, recent and existing homes, and commercial buildings
- Following HAE’s OHS policies and procedures
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations

What we’re looking for:

- Refrigeration/air conditioning trade qualification
- Current refrigerant handling licence
- Proven experience in HVAC/refrigeration
- Construction Induction (White) Card
- Driver’s licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Great communication and customer service skills
