Industrial Hygiene - Technical Support & Field Services Role

We are looking for a technically minded, yet practical, individual to join our team: the role is well suited to a candidate who has experience providing technical services to food processing, farming, or heavy industry.

Experience working with industrial chemicals is preferable, but not essential. Likewise, some experience in account management would be beneficial.

The successful applicant will be a self-motivated & competent operator who can support our customers in maintaining optimal hygiene in their dairy parlours & in other farming or food processing facilities.

You will be responsible for the assembly, installation, servicing and maintenance of a range of electrical and mechanical equipment, including dosing systems, chemical pumps, diaphragm pumps and other fluid-handling equipment.

Previous experience with this type of equipment is advantageous but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to the right person.

This is a varied role combining the highest level of customer service, equipment installation, servicing and maintenance.

The role is ideally suited to someone with experience in electrical, plumbing, mechanical or similar hands-on trades. A formal trade qualification is not essential — practical ability, problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

The position requires travel around Central West NSW & Northern Victoria (approximately one week per month in the Shepparton area).
