We are seeking an experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our team at our East Perth office. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, provide professional migration advice, and work closely with an experienced support team to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

About the Role

As a key advisor within our team, you will independently manage your allocated caseload from initial consultation through to final decision, with support from dedicated case managers, migration assistants, and a senior migration agent.

You will handle a broad range of Australian visa matters, including employer-sponsored visas (subclasses 482, 494 and 186), skilled migration, partner and student visas, as well as appeal and review matters.

This position is suited to an established migration professional who can confidently manage complex cases, maintain high professional standards, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate, timely and professional immigration advice tailored to clients’ individual circumstances.
- Manage visa matters from initial consultation and eligibility assessment through to application preparation, lodgement and final decision.




- Oversee and guide case managers and migration assistants in case preparation, legislative requirements and best practices.
- Review visa applications, supporting documentation and written submissions prepared by the support team before lodgement.
- Conduct research into relevant migration legislation, including the Migration Act, Migration Regulations, legislative instruments and departmental policies.
- Assess complex migration matters, identify potential risks and develop appropriate case strategies.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure applications and submissions meet relevant requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the senior migration agent to improve case management processes, workflow efficiency and service delivery.
- Support the professional development of junior team members through guidance, mentoring and knowledge-sharing.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential requirements:

- Current registration as a Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
- Minimum of three years’ practical experience working as a Registered Migration Agent.
- Proven ability to independently manage visa applications and migration matters through to decision.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employer-sponsored visa programs,



including subclasses 482, 494 and 186, as well as skilled, partner and student visa pathways.
- Experience handling appeal and review matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex migration requirements clearly to clients.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and case management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide and support junior team members.
