Role Description The Registered Nurse – Hair Restoration, Laser and Skin Treatments role is a full-time, on-site position based in Parramatta, NSW. The nurse will perform and assist with hair restoration procedures, laser therapies, and advanced skin treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, assessing suitability for treatments, obtaining informed consent, and providing pre- and post-treatment education.

The nurse will operate aesthetic and laser equipment, monitor client responses during procedures, document clinical notes accurately, and collaborate with the team to deliver coordinated care.



The role also involves maintaining infection control standards, managing treatment rooms and consumables, and supporting quality improvement and training activities within the clinic.

Qualifications

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and eligibility to practice in NSW.
- Experience in aesthetic nursing, dermatology, hair restoration, or laser and skin treatments.
- Strong clinical assessment skills, sound understanding of infection control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach and the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and to follow established treatment protocols and guidelines.
- Comfort with using and learning new medical devices and technology; confident in documentation and basic computer skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, professional presentation, and commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice.
- Availability to work full-time in office in Parramatta, NSW; flexibility for clinic hours including evenings or weekends as required.
- Further training or certification in laser safety, cosmetic nursing, or skin therapies is highly regarded.
