Greca is a modern Greek taverna located riverside beneath Brisbane's iconic Story Bridge. Inspired by the relaxed energy of coastal Greece, we're all about shared tables, charred meats, good wine, and great company-brought together in a vibrant, high-volume setting that feels like the heart of a sun-soaked village.

/n We're open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and part of The Apollo Restaurant Group , which includes celebrated venues like The Apollo, Yoko Dining, and Cho Cho San. While each restaurant is distinct, we're united by a passion for delicious food, warm hospitality, and team culture that supports growth and creativity.
About the Role
/n We're looking for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and knows how to bring bold, honest flavour to life. You'll work with premium produce, on a menu built around generous, produce-driven Greek classics. This is a casual position with flexible hours and explicit pathways for development.

What You'll Do

- Cook and prep with a focus on grilled meats and seafood

- Keep your section clean, organised,

- Uphold kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

- 2+ years' experience in a busy kitchen environment (Mediterranean cuisine desired)
