Ready to be the welcoming face of a busy, award-winning naturopathic clinic in the Sutherland Shire? We’re looking for an experienced Receptionist/Allrounder to join our passionate team and keep our front-of-house running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, wide-ranging role best suited to someone who can juggle multiple tasks, stay organised (lists are your best friend!), and thrive in a busy environment while making every client feel at home.

/n

Hourly rate: $32-$35 per hour, depending on experience

/n

/n

- Minimum 3+ years recent Receptionist experience

/n

- Long-term casual position (approx. 20+ hours/week, including Saturdays )

/n

- Warm, reliable, and proactive with a can-do attitude

/n

- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure

/n

- Confident on the phone with excellent customer service skills

/n

- Computer-savvy (Microsoft Office, fast typing, confident with systems)

/n

Preferred / Ideal Experience /n

/n

- Experience in a health/naturopathic clinic

/n

- Familiarity with Cliniko CRM software (training provided)

/n

- Local to the Sutherland Shire (or within 20–30 minutes)

/n

Role Responsibilities /n

/n





- Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone

/n

- Manage appointments, emails, payments, and daily tasks

/n

- Keep front-of-house organised and running efficiently

/n

- Prepare herbal and nutritional dispensary items

/n

- Support stock control, ordering, and admin tasks

/n

- Work closely with practitioners to maintain a calm, positive clinic environment

/n
