We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, compliance, and month-end activities.

Key Responsibilities /n

- Accounts payable and supplier payments
/n
- Accounts receivable and debtor management
/n
- Payroll administration support and superannuation processing
/n
- Bank, balance sheet and account reconciliations
/n
- Month-end processing and reporting support
/n
- BAS, IAS and payroll tax preparation and lodgement
/n
- Maintaining accurate financial records and compliance requirements
/n
- Assisting with cash flow monitoring and financial administration
/n
About You /n
/n
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and reconciliations
/n
- Sound understanding of BAS, IAS, superannuation and payroll tax
/n
- Experience using Xero
/n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
/n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
/n
Qualifications /n
/n
- Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping, Diploma of Accounting, or equivalent experience
/n
- Previous experience in a finance, bookkeeping or accounting role
/n
