Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong rapport with our members.

- Understand and anticipate customer needs to ensure consistent satisfaction.

- Show cultural sensitivity and foster meaningful connections with diverse customers.

- Work flexible shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills And Experiences /n

/n

/n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

/n

/n

- Extensive customer service experience, preferably within a club, hospitality, gaming or membership environment.

/n

- Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating a team.

/n

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with members and customers.

/n

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to proactively engage with members.

/n

- Experience managing difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.

/n

- Strong sales,



promotional and member engagement skills.

/n

- Proficiency in either Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese or Korean (highly desirable).

/n

- Current RSA and RCG certifications.

/n

- Flexibility to work a variety of rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

/n
