Senior Medical Receptionist – Specialist Ophthalmology Practice /n

Full-Time | Hurstville & Miranda | Monday to Friday

Visionary Eye Specialists is a leading specialist ophthalmology practice with clinics located in Hurstville and Miranda . We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist to join our professional and friendly team on a full-time basis.

About the Role /n

This is a role for someone who understands the demands of a specialist medical practice and is confident managing patients, doctors, appointments and the administrative requirements of a busy specialist setting.

/n

You will work closely with our ophthalmologists, orthoptists and administration team to provide a high standard of patient care and ensure the smooth operation of our clinics.

About You /n

We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist who can demonstrate:

/n

/n

- Previous experience in a specialist medical practice – essential

/n

- Ophthalmology experience – highly desirable

/n

- Strong understanding of specialist medical reception and administration

/n

- Excellent patient service skills and a warm, professional manner

/n

- The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm and efficient in a busy environment

/n





- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

/n

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

/n

- The ability to work independently and take initiative

/n

- A professional approach to confidentiality, privacy and compliance

/n

- A genuine commitment to providing a positive patient experience
