About The Role /n

Love live sport and broadcasting? Join Sky Racing as a Presentation Coordinator and play a critical role in keeping Australia's leading racing coverage on air. Working in a fast-paced broadcast environment, you'll help deliver seamless viewing experiences for customers around the clock.

Your role /n

You will perform all the operational, technical, and functional requirements to ensure the quality of our live broadcast reaches our customers without fault and in top quality.

/n

/n

- Monitoring and maintaining all live transmission requirements

/n

- Inserting and playing scheduled breaks for Live Racing

/n

- Liaising with Content Programmers, Traffic, Master Control, Producers and Studio.

/n

- Previewing and quality checking recorded content.

/n

- Preparation of play lists and airing all paid and promotional content including TVC’s and secondary events.

/n

Your Experience /n

/n

- Strong technical/operational competencies, professional knowledge and understanding of modern television broadcast, playout automation systems and workflows.

/n

- In-depth knowledge of the operating principles of a television station

/n

- Experienced in applying a logical, analytical, and detailed approach to problem solving in pressured situations

/n





- Calm under pressure in a deadline driven environment and show leadership/guidance in technical system failures.

/n

- You have experience in Presentation or have studied TV Production

/n

- Knowledge of up-to-date, digital based, Television production/broadcast/operations systems and environments.

/n

note this role is a rotating roster on a 24/7 shift pattern, including weekends and overnights
