Healthcare Link Trust in Melbourne is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a permanent, full time (or part-time) community role. You will assess and support NDIS participants, prescribe assistive technology, and manage home modifications while documenting case notes and collaborating with families and clinicians.

Full-time opportunities with six weeks annual leave, training, and support in a multidisciplinary setting. A driver's license and police check will be required as part of the role.
