This is an excellent prospect for a payroll professional looking to take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function while contributing to meaningful process and systems improvements.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery, while working closely with finance, HR and operational stakeholders across the business.

About the Role /n

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing payroll activities, ensuring compliance with enterprise agreements, employment contracts and relevant legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

/n

/n

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

/n

- Maintain payroll records and oversee transactions in accordance with enterprise agreements, policies and statutory requirements.

/n

- Coordinate mandatory payroll reporting, including Single Touch Payroll (STP), WGEA reporting and ABS surveys.

/n

- Provide payroll information, analysis and reporting to support the broader finance function.

/n

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve controls and enhance payroll systems.

/n

- Lead and contribute to payroll improvement projects in collaboration with key stakeholders.

/n





- Build strong relationships across the business, providing advice and support on payroll-related matters.

/n

About You /n

To be successful, you will bring:

- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, statutory obligations and enterprise agreements.

/n

- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and a commitment to accuracy.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

/n

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

/n

- Experience with SAP and Success Factors will be highly regarded.
