Job Description

As a Strategy Manager at TAL, you will contribute to defining and delivering the strategic priorities that drive our continued growth and success. Working within a high-performing Strategy team, you will collaborate with executives and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage strategic risks, and lead initiatives that strengthen our competitive position. In this role you will:

- Co-develop and refine the corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with TAL’s long-term goals and market dynamics.
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans aligned with TAL’s vision and strategy.



Play a key role in driving the annual strategic planning process, including strategy offsites for the Executive team and the Board.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking and industry trend assessment to identify emerging trends and opportunities and to support the development and implementation of TAL’s corporate strategy.
- Build and own complex models to support strategic projects and extract insights from large data sets.
- Develop relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, including Executives, Senior Leaders, Business Managers and external partners on strategy topics.
