Woolworths Group’s Cartology team seeks a Lead Analytics Engineer to own the semantic and BI layer of the data platform, using BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Python, and Looker to create a trusted single source of truth. You will mentor engineers, shape platform architecture, and drive data governance across finance and revenue domains.

You’ll collaborate with Product and the Senior Engineering Manager to establish engineering standards, support AI-enabled analytics, and standardize metric definitions
