Job Summary:

We’re looking for a thoughtful, team-oriented, and technically strong Data Engineering Team Lead to guide the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of our data platforms and pipelines across HUB24’s digital and enterprise landscape.

In this role, you’ll help shape scalable, secure,



and well‑governed data solutions—ensuring trusted, high‑quality data is available to support product, operational, regulatory, and customer outcomes.

Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and business stakeholders, you’ll translate business needs into meaningful, scalable data products and solutions, while ensuring reliability, performance, security, and cost‑efficiency remain front of mind.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity where you’ll balance strategic thinking with practical delivery, guiding modern data architecture (Databricks, GCP) while staying close to the detail when needed. You’ll play a key role in uplifting engineering practices, mentoring others, and fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
