Smith Nephew in ANZ is seeking a Commercial Capability Lead to strengthen commercial execution and leadership effectiveness. The role partners with senior leaders to align capability development with business priorities, driving measurable field performance.

This position leads and curates our sales enablement curriculum, coaches Sales Directors and Managers, and helps diagnose and close capability gaps. Travel is expected 25–50% in ANZ.
