Your new role
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support across phone, email, and online channels. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer enquiries, orders, and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Processing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Investigating and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records
- Liaising with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams regarding order updates
- Monitoring shared inboxes and managing customer correspondence
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with reporting and data entry as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or order processing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or e-commerce platforms will be highly regarded
