About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist VA to support our recruitment agency in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for various positions across Recent South Wales, Australia.

The successful candidate will work closely with our recruitment team to build strong candidate pipelines, conduct targeted searches, engage potential candidates, and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, job boards, databases, and other sourcing platforms
- Conduct Boolean and targeted searches to identify active and passive candidates
- Review resumes and candidate profiles against job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification checks
- Contact candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future vacancies
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/CRM




- Update candidate status, notes, availability, and recruitment progress
- Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists for recruiters
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates when required
- Research companies, industries, and potential talent pools
- Support job posting and recruitment administration
- Provide regular sourcing and pipeline updates to the recruitment team

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, recruitment resourcing, or talent acquisition
- Experience supporting Australian recruitment is highly preferred
- Strong experience using LinkedIn and online job boards
- Knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience using ATS, CRM, or recruitment databases
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
- Comfortable with candidate outreach and follow-ups
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
