• Oversee up to 20 single-storey farmhouse builds in Chittering
• Manage residential construction from site start through to completion
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor construction timelines, quality and site safety
• Liaise with clients, trades and internal teams
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and delivered to a high standard

About You

• Experience supervising residential builds with a project or custom home builder, ideally with farmhouse experience
• Highly organised,



with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple sites effectively
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
• Strong understanding of residential construction regulations, WHS requirements and quality control processes
