Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Casual Care Service Employee for Bateau Bay. You will assist residents with personal care, meals, and activities while contributing to care planning with registered staff.

The role requires a Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or 2nd year Nursing student who has completed 1 placement, plus a genuine passion for caring for the elderly and solid communication skills.
