Crowley Care is seeking a proactive Team Assistant to support the CEO, Deputy CEO and leadership team in a part-time, on-site role in Ballina. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy, people-focused environment and enjoy coordinating governance, reporting and project work.

Responsibilities include preparing papers, coordinating meetings, taking minutes and helping with governance and organisational initiatives. A cooperative mindset and strong organisational skills are essential.
