Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This role supports the Head Chef, mentors the kitchen staff, and ensures consistently high-quality dishes and guest dining experiences.

You will lead a diverse team in a dynamic resort setting, overseeing operations, inventory, and cost controls while upholding our standards of presentation and safety. A Certificate III and 2+ years of Sous Chef experience are essential.
