Western Health is seeking a Change Manager - Project PeopleConnect to lead change strategy, communications and training for the ERP/HRIS rollout across multiple sites in Victoria. You will engage stakeholders and partner with the project team to ensure timely adoption of new HR systems including HR Service Management and Rostering.

To succeed you will have proven ADKAR/PROSCI experience, robust communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional change in a large, multi-site
