Sofitel Sydney Wentworth in the heart of Sydney invites a Chef de Partie to join the Delta Rue kitchen of a luxury, five‑star hotel. You’ll run a section (grill, wok or larder) and work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver refined, seasonal dishes.

You'll prepare mise en place, uphold high food-safety standards, and mentor junior cooks while contributing to a culture that values craft, detail and service excellence.
