Monash Health is seeking a Team Manager for the CY-HOPE team to lead a multidisciplinary group supporting children and young people experiencing suicidal distress and self-harm concerns. Based at Cranbourne Community Hospital, the fixed-term 0.8 EFT role provides operational and clinical leadership in a cooperative, culturally responsive framework.

You will work with a psychiatrist and service manager to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and strong engagement with families and communities,
