You will take full accountability for secure, efficient and cost‑effective operation of the coatings facility, guiding production performance, planning, inventory accuracy and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing with strong people management, lean methods and ISO 9001 experience.
