Calvary Riverina Private Hospital is seeking a Counsellor/MERIT Case Worker to deliver comprehensive case management for MERIT clients in the residential and community settings at the Wagga Wagga location. The role is full time, Monday–Friday, within the MERIT program and Calvary Drug and Alcohol Centre.

You will assess clients, plan care, and collaborate with MERIT, residential services and other stakeholders to optimise outcomes, while applying harm minimisation and evidence-based approaches
