Dexterous Group is seeking an HR/ER Advisor for a 12-month maternity leave contract, three days per week, starting 1 December 2026. You will support a portfolio of clients across industries, delivering practical HR advice through the employee lifecycle.

You will manage recruitment, contracts, HR policy, HRIS and investigations, maintaining solid client relationships and contributing to a flexible, consulting-focused team.
