The successful candidate will take ownership from pre-opening through day-to-day operations, leading a large FOH and bar team with a robust focus on premium service and commercial performance.

The role demands hands-on leadership, system-building, and a proven track record of opening or managing premium venues, with RSA and WHS compliance knowledge.
