The One Clinic Agency is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead NSW and QLD, manage a team of Account Managers, and drive regional growth in medical aesthetics across Australia. This hybrid role combines hands-on leadership with field accountability.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coach Account Managers, develop territory plans, negotiate with key accounts, and collaborate with Marketing, Training, Finance and Operations to deliver sustainable revenue improvements.
