3Bridges is seeking a Multi-Site Lead to provide leadership across OSHC services in Sydney. Penshurst will be your base with regular travel. You’ll mentor coordinators, safeguard child safety, and drive quality and compliance while supporting recent service establishment.

You will bring a Diploma in School Age Education and Care and demonstrate knowledge of NQF, NQS, and related regulations, with current WWCC and first aid qualifications.
