Stryker is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month contract to support high-volume hiring in Sydney. You will screen candidates, source hard-to-fill roles, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to deliver an excellent recruitment experience.

The role requires robust people skills, proactive sourcing, and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment. Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and LinkedIn is preferred.
