Nepean Hospital, part of Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, is seeking a Nurse Manager Grade 2 to lead the Patient Flow Unit Bed Management. The role focuses on coordinating patient flow, balancing bed capacity and resources to ensure secure, timely movement across the hospital.

You will work with nursing leadership and facility management to deliver strategic patient flow priorities and maintain high-quality care within NBMLHD.
