AXA XL in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the local finance team in a hybrid working model. You will manage APRA submissions, ICAAP, tax compliance, country-by-country reporting and support reinsurance management under the guidance of the Head of Finance.

The role requires strong leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and proven financial analysis with the ability to work across functions in a agile insurer environment.
