GCCC Labour Hire Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Residential Care Officer for disability group homes. You will provide care, supervision and support to residents, with a focus on person-centred practice. Employment is direct with GCCC, in full time permanent capacity.

Responsibilities include developing ISPs, delivering BSPs, assisting with daily living, activities, transport and community participation, while maintaining high care standards and documentation.
