The Gallery Café at AGNSW in Sydney is currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join The Fresh Collective’s culinary team on a full time permanent basis. The role is based at the Art Gallery of NSW with an approx.

38-hour week across a Monday–Sunday roster, including daytime shifts and Thursday evenings. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on food production, quality, and menu changes inspired by gallery exhibitions.
