Respect Riverside Gardens in Nambucca Heads, NSW, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into the role of Clinical Care Coordinator. You’ll provide clinical leadership, mentor nursing staff and ensure protected, person-centred care for residents.

Working with the Care Manager and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll lead admissions, care planning and clinical governance while maintaining hands-on nursing support. This is a role for driven leaders committed to quality aged care.
