Coutts Commercial Hotel is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen in Ayr. You will be responsible for driving kitchen performance, training and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the delivery of pub-classic dishes that locals love.

You will join a team-oriented leadership group and work closely with the Publican and Front of House to deliver outstanding dining experiences every service.
