Loumac Constructions is seeking a practical Building Estimator / Draftsperson who can turn plans into accurate take-offs, complete estimates and explicit drawings for procurement and site teams. You will detail awnings, decks, sheds and light structural works across major projects.
Ideal candidates have two years' hands-on experience in estimating and drafting and can independently prepare take-offs, estimates and drawings with transparent quantities and checks.
