RCPA Holdings on the Gold Coast is seeking a Night Shift Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to support a busy manufacturing site. You will perform preventative and breakdown maintenance, identify root causes of equipment failures, and contribute to capital improvement projects to maximise uptime.

This hands-on role requires a solid understanding of WHS, positive communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a structured environment.
