Rauland is seeking a Strategic Bids Manager to lead high-value tenders and strategic bid responses across Australia and Current Zealand. You will partner with Sales and senior leaders to shape winning strategies, assess viability and coordinate multi-disciplinary contributions to ensure commercially sound, customer-focused submissions.

You will influence executive decisions, build scalable bid frameworks and capture market insights to drive growth and long-term opportunity realization for Rauland.
