NSW Health’s Cessnock Community Health team is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled care across clinic and home settings, helping patients maintain independence in their own communities.

The role offers variety and autonomy, with wound care, catheter care, IV therapies and immunisation as key duties. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centred care in the community.
