Pro AV Solutions is seeking a Head of NSW Managed Services to lead a high-performing team across NSW, driving service excellence, customer retention and commercial performance. You will shape regional strategy, oversee SLAs, and partner with Sales to pursue recent opportunities.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage budgets, forecasts and KPIs while developing client partnerships and strengthening the service offering.
