Container Exchange (COEX) is seeking a Senior Operations Improvement Lead to drive operational improvements across the Operations division, leading workstreams and translating complex issues into practical delivery plans.

The role reports to the Operations Improvement Manager and involves coordinating implementation with internal teams, network partners and suppliers, embedding change and ensuring perks across the scheme.
