Lucas Collective is seeking an exceptional Pastry Sous Chef to join the opening team for Melbourne CBD's newest venues, Noẽma and Wishbone. You’ll help establish the pastry kitchen from day one, develop high‑quality desserts and mentor the pastry team.

Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef, you’ll uphold top standards of quality, creativity and consistency, and contribute to an outstanding dining experience as the brands grow with Lucas Collective.
