Leading Independent School in Sydney is seeking a Level 1/2 IT Support Officer to assist students, teaching staff and administration with timely technical help. You will troubleshoot issues, support iPad deployments, and ensure smooth operation of Apple and Windows devices on-site.

The role focuses on hands-on user support, device management with Jamf, and collaboration with school staff to maintain IT services across a busy education workplace.
