Rocky Bay is opening a recent Youth Respite Service in Cottesloe and is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide the launch and ongoing operation of this important service. You will lead a team of support workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for children and young people with disability.

You will coach staff, manage rosters and budgets, build strong relationships with families and stakeholders, and ensure alignment with NDIS requirements and Rocky Bay policies.
